Home Cinema.

A high quality widescreen television set such as plasma TV and surrounding sound from strategically sited loudspeaker gives a combination to form a Home Cinema. A Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) is source of sound and vision. A Compact Disc (CD) which is a digital technology is used in it. A high density leaser reads microscopic pits of CD which is stored in sipral form in it. It reads about more than 20 billion  microscopic pits of CD which if stretched out would extend up to 40km (25 miles). To overcome standard DVD's , Blu-ray system is used. Blu-ray is high quality DVD system than standard DVD. Also it have more data on it's disc than standard DVD. A high definition video files can be story in Blu-ray system which is it's advantage. As human ears are unable to recognize low pitched sound, a central bass speaker is situated into or below the screen to overcome this. Viewer if the screen is surrounded by mid and high frequency speaker which have high pitched sound which are easily detectable by human ear.

Fluorescent tube ( strip light) technology is used by plasma screen. Red, green, and blue phosphor chemicals and a gas mix is content of tiny three cell pixels, each of which is about one millimeter across. Phosphor glows when gas energizes and ultraviolet light are emited by collision between electric pulses and wire electrode in criss cross matrix for a split of second.
