Jet engines.

Jet engine.
Most military aircraft, heavy aircraft and some helicopters use jet engines. Turbojet engine is simplest type of gas turbine engine or jet engine. To produce a jet of hot exhaust gas, it works continuously by burning a mixture of fuel and air in a combustion chamber that is expelled through a nozzle to produce thrust. Turbine blades get spined due hot gas which makes a chain reaction and makes air compressor blade to spin which results in forcing air into combustion chamber. Afterburner is additional booster used with turbojets in many of the fastest aircraft. Since they produce high noise, their use is restricted. Turbofan jet engines are quieter so they are used in most jetliners. A low pressure turbine drives an enormous fan which feeds some amount air into compressor. To join the exhaust Jetstream in tail cone, most of air is feed through bypass ducts. Most of the thrust is produce through bypass stream. Turboprop jet engines are used in many smaller propeller driven aircraft in which propeller is powered by engine. NPT 301 modern turbojet, Pratt & Whitney Canada PW 120 series modern turboprop, Pratt & Whitney Canada PW 305 modern turbofan are some types of engines.
